Delete your account

What is removed, and how to request it

In the app

Open Settings (last tab).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Deletion runs immediately and signs you out.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials.
Your profile (name, unit preference, locale) and your devices' push tokens.
Diary entries, comments, reactions, photos, voice notes and health logs you created.
If you were the only member of the pregnancy, the pregnancy itself, every photo in its album and every voice note.

If your partner remains a member, the pregnancy stays with them. Items you created are removed; items they created stay theirs. Deletion cannot be undone. Deleted rows leave the hosting provider's short-term backups within a few days.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email hello@littleusapp.com from the address you signed up with and ask for deletion. We verify the request by replying to that address and delete within 30 days.

Leaving instead of deleting

Settings → Leave pregnancy removes you from the shared diary but keeps your account so you can join or create another one later.
